Thomas Rankin

Co-Founder & CEO, Dash Hudson

Thomas is a former early-stage venture capitalist who, as a 30-year-old, raised a $25m seed fund and co-invested with industry leaders like Peter Thiel and Vinod Khosla. Thomas is leveraging a life-long passion for retail that runs deep into his past. Five generations ago his family ran the Hudson’s Bay Company in Canada. Thomas has an MBA and a CPA and is a graduate of the American Venture Capital Institute.

Parham Aarabi

Parham Aarabi is the Founder and CEO of ModiFace, the leading beauty-focused augmented reality company which was selected by Inc. magazine as one of America's fastest growing companies. He is also a Professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Toronto. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in Electrical Engineering in 2001. Since then, he has served two terms as a Canada Research Chair.
